Seriously though… why??
Mask 411: Thin, slitty mask dripping with essence, smells surprisingly nice
Mask fit: standard not-right fit.
Did it work as advertised? Yes!
Overall rating? Awesome mask 😀
Mask Details: This mask was thin but easy (for a thin mask) to peel apart and soaked with essence. There was a lil bit left in the package…it was put to good use 😉 I expected it to have a sort of medicinal smell (tea tree smells like some sort of weird medicine, and some tea tree masks I’ve used smell a bit like it), but it smelled nice and fresh, like most of the other masks in this line that I’ve tried. This makes me happy; I don’t really like the way tea tree smells, all the good it does be damned XD
Mask Fit: Like the other TM masks I’ve tried, this had a standard not-quite-right fit that didn’t cover my whole face. It stopped short about 1/2 in from my ears It settled on my face nicely and stayed put until it started to dry out, It has slits, too. Fucking slits.
They are soooo fucking annoying -___-
First Impression: I love TM masks (did I mention that?!? XD)….they always feel great on my face! Like its sister masks, this one stayed nice and wet (heh) a long time. I took it off after 45 minutes, at which point the edges started drying out. My skin felt like buttah when I took it off, then I finished my routine and went about my business.
When I saw this mask in the fridge…
When I had the mask on XD
Me the next day 😀
I have used several masks from this line and I haven’t come across a bad one yet… this mask is no exception. It calmed my irritated forehead down, and with help from the actual essential oil, there were only a few small bumps left! Hooray!!! 😀
Ugh, I always get breakouts on my forehead. I use this special DIY blend of oils for my scalp, you see. My scalp loves it… not so much my face. It’ll drip down on my face (fuck you gravity!! *shakes fist*) sometimes and then… the inevitable breakout a few hours later. I’d stop using it but it does wonders for my scalp, so if I have to deal with an occasional breakout I’m ok with that XD
I should make it my goal to review them all, but I only have a few of the ‘I’m Real’ line left…. time to stock up again! Hehe. Honestly, it seems like once you’ve used one, they’re alllllll good. That can’t be though… right? Too fucking good to be true. Tooo good….
Have you used this TM mask? Let me know!
Until next sheet masking adventure,
